Our Main Mission:
The Bar at Almagre reached out to Pollinate marketing to boost sales, build brand awareness and convert current audience members to paying customers. They wanted to promote their unique offerings outside of downtown Colorado Springs, and share their gathering space with those nearby.

01 Identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats
We found that while Almagre had an excellent in-feed aesthetic, they were struggling to reach new audience members and customers. When compared to other bars in the area, many of their nearby potential customers hadn't heard of the swanky-yet-approachable cocktail bar just around the corner.
02 Update Organic Social Media Focus
Pollinate Marketing revamped Almagre's social media approach by focusing on reach and web traffic over vanity metrics such as likes. Our strategy focused on building brand awareness by showcasing Almagre’s beautiful space, creating and leveraging connection with their team, and highlighting their unique take on craft cocktails & regional boards in North-Central Colorado Springs. We updated their content strategy and captured brand photography to support this goal.
03 Introduce New Marketing Channels
In addition to Almagre's existing marketing tactics, Pollinate Marketing introduced earned media & paid social media tactics to the marketing mix in order to reach untapped potential customers.

Public Relations
Pollinate Marketing developed and executed an intentional rollout of local public relations outreach, targeting Colorado Springs Mag & Fortitude and Finn over the first few months. We leveraged Almagre's seasonal menu and updated brand imagery to showcase new changes to The Bar. The goal was to spread out coverage each month to gain new audience members, while increasing staffing & operations in a sustainable manner.
