We’re a match if:

Your property or restaurant already delivers an unforgettable experience and you’re ready for your online presence to finally catch up

  • You care more about feeling unmistakably you.
You don’t want to look like every other hotel or restaurant on Instagram.
You want an identity-first strategy that speaks to the hearts and minds of your ideal guests, not a copy-and-paste version of what’s already in their feed.

  • You’re obsessed with the guest experience and want your marketing to finally reflect that.
You want content and campaigns that feel like a natural extension of the stay or meal they’re about to have, not just room shots and latte art.

  • You want a partner, not “another vendor.”
You already have smart people in-house; you’re looking for someone who can sit alongside them, bring fresh ideas, and help build brand-owned campaigns that go beyond trends and “post for the sake of posting.”

  • You love creative work, but you also love a clear line to revenue.
You want the pretty visuals and the tracking, reporting, and strategy that show how those efforts drive direct bookings, covers, and long-term loyalty.

  • You want clarity, not more complexity.
You’re ready for a partner who talks like a real person, brings clean plans, and makes it easier for your whole team to understand and champion the brand direction.

Meet Bonnie + Pollinate

Pollinate Marketing was built from the inside of hospitality, not from the outside looking in.

Bonnie Singleton (she/her) has been working in hotels and restaurants since she was 15; learning guest expectations, service rhythms, and what makes a space feel unforgettable long before she ever opened an ad account (and before Facebook even existed).

She met her husband at the POS stand, landed her first marketing client through a restaurant boss who trusted her eye, and eventually moved into roles that let her see the full picture.

At Visit Colorado Springs, she learned how to use a full-budget, full-funnel strategy to drive demand to an entire destination. As communications manager for Tucanos Brazilian Grill, a 12-location restaurant group, she learned what it takes to protect and grow a brand across markets while still feeling local and personal.

Pollinate was the natural next step.

Pollinate was a place where all of that on-the-floor experience and strategic marketing work come together for hotels and restaurants that want both personality and performance. Today, Bonnie channels that mix of curiosity and structure into helping properties and restaurants build brands that feel like their spaces: thoughtful, memorable, and clearly differentiated from the competition.

Still a devoted hotel-lobby people watcher and appreciator of a well-designed bar and a perfectly crisp waffle fry, she’s happiest when she’s talking with owners, GMs, and in-house teams about the difference between brand and paid strategy, focusing on how they can work together to drive real bookings and covers, not just likes.

Strategy to Solution is Our Strength

Strategy is Bonnie’s core strength: taking a problem, asking the questions no one has thought to ask yet, and designing a solution that works for both the brand and the operation. She’s particularly interested in the space where brand and performance meet: building identity-driven strategies that are emotionally resonant, operationally realistic, and clearly tied to revenue.

When she’s not mapping out campaigns, you’ll usually find Bonnie people-watching in a great hotel lobby, appreciating a well-designed space with a not-too-sweet cocktail in hand, or talking (happily) about the difference between brand and paid strategy, and how the two can work together for hospitality teams who want to stand out for all the right reasons.

In short, your guests already love you.

Pollinate’s work is making sure your marketing tells that story clearly, consistently, and in a way no competitor can copy.
