The Challenge
They came to us with incredible potential, but their digital ecosystem wasn't making it easy for the right people to find them and keep coming back for more!
Their ad strategy was generating impressions but not action, sending traffic to a website that created friction rather than converting curiosity into visits.
Social content wasn't yet acting as a true discovery engine for their food, their vibe, or their offerings.
The brand had real energy in person, but the data told a story of underutilized channels and untapped reach.
In Fall 2025, we made a decisive strategic shift and the results speak for themselves!
The Pollinate Approach
STRATEGY & POSITIONING: We began by diagnosing where the disconnect lived. Hatch Cover's ads were reaching people, but sending them to a website that wasn't ready to convert. The strategic pivot was clear: stop pointing audiences toward friction and start directing them to where the real story was already being told, their Instagram and Facebook pages. From there, we rebuilt everything around that decision: smarter audiences, stronger creative, and a consistent content presence that made the social pages worth landing on.
CONTENT & SOCIAL: We developed a content strategy anchored in Instagram and Facebook that showcased the full picture of what Hatch Cover offers: craveable food, a great atmosphere, and reasons to show up tonight. We shifted away from static carousels to fast-moving video content with strong hooks, text overlays when appropriate, and real people front and center in the first frames.
Strategy-forward Reels, stories, and posts highlighted real experiences, crowd energy, and beautiful food photography, turning social into a consistent driver of awareness and foot traffic. One Reel used in their Meta ads has surpassed 600 likes, more engagement, and 18,000 views
We focused on a warm, confident presence that felt like Hatch Cover on their best night.
PAID MEDIA & TARGETING: On the paid side, we kept the budget exactly where it had always been, $300/month, and changed everything else. We tightened audience targeting around behaviors and interests most aligned with Hatch Cover's ideal guest, expanded just enough to find new people worth reaching, and redirected all ad traffic from their website to their social pages.
Every ad was built around compelling creative: high-energy video, strong opening hooks, text-forward carousels, and clear visual reasons to engage. The result was a dramatic improvement in efficiency, more clicks, more followers, more seats filled, without spending a dollar more.
VISUAL DIRECTION: We overhauled the visual approach across ads and organic content. More people in the frame. More energy in the first few seconds. Intentional food photography that made every plate feel worth the drive. Every image and clip had one job: help people picture themselves at Hatch Cover and feel excited about showing up.
Our Impact:
The result is a marketing engine that does more with the same dollar. Stronger follower growth, higher engagement, dramatically better ad efficiency, and a packed house even during the slow season. Hatch Cover now has a social presence that works as hard as they do!
Building community, turning scrollers into regulars, and keeping Colorado Springs coming back for more.
